Returns and Exchanges

At iexpect, we guarantee 100% satisfaction on all purchases. 

We'll be glad to make an exchange, credit your account, or issue a refund toward the original method of payment.  All items must be returned within 30 days from the ship date.  There are no additional shipping charges for exchanges.  customer is responsible for return shipping chages.  Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. We cannot accept garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer.  Please allow up to four weeks for processing.

You may send the item(s) back to us at the address below using any other traceable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will process your return or exchange.
